All intellectual property rights in the final video produced by ValueVest Video will be transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
ValueVest Video retains the right to use portions of the completed work for promotional purposes, such as in our portfolio or on our website, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Any pre-existing intellectual property of ValueVest Video (e.g., templates, proprietary software, unselected takes) remains our property.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, payment schedules, and accepted methods, will be specified in your individual project agreement. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

ValueVest Video will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law
